Delete Your Sparky Data

You can remove your Sparky data at any time. The steps depend on where the data is stored.

Data stored on your iPhone

Delete Sparky from your iPhone to remove its local habits, Energy, Time Bank, streaks, session history, and app-gating settings, subject to normal iOS and iCloud backup behaviour. Sparky cannot see your Screen Time app selections.

Atlas analytics data

Email support@hellosparky.app with the subject “Sparky Atlas data deletion request”. If your version of Sparky shows an Atlas installation ID in its Privacy or Diagnostics screen, include that ID. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, habit names, or other sensitive content.

I will verify the request where necessary, delete the matching Atlas installation and event records, suppress future ingestion for that installation, and respond when the request is complete. If the request cannot be matched because Atlas uses a random identifier rather than an account or email address, I will explain what additional device-side information is needed.

Support correspondence

Use the same email address to request deletion of support messages or other information you previously sent directly.

Advertising-provider data

Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. When a provider offers an applicable downstream deletion mechanism, I will use it as part of a valid request. You may also use the privacy controls and request channels provided directly by those companies.
