Complete a habit you set up, like drinking water or taking a short breather. Each finished habit turns into Energy you can spend on the apps Sparky gates.
Does Sparky block apps completely?
No. Sparky puts a gate in front of the apps you choose. They open once you have earned time, so you decide when to use them instead of opening them on autopilot.
Is Sparky free?
Yes, Sparky is free to start. A Pro upgrade adds extras like custom habits, advanced rules, deeper history, and a monthly recap.
Which devices does Sparky support?
Sparky runs on iPhone and uses Apple Screen Time to manage app gates. You can start and stop sessions from the Lock Screen, widgets, or Siri.
